telboy 02-05-2009 11:29 PM

Now, just a question, but do you reckon that these SC10's have to be painted up with 'scale' looking schemes on them?

I do.
I think they should look as real as poss, without any garish silly paint jobs.
I'm doing a RRCi special job on mine. But to look like it should be on a CORR grid.

wezzer 03-05-2009 09:12 AM

:thumbsup:gotta be scale, non of this custom rubbish

GRIFF55 03-05-2009 09:14 AM

subtle or tough looking for these babies! I think a buggy style design would look out of place.

greggy 03-05-2009 09:29 AM

when i get mine i will be doing it like the monster energy car, no stickers though :)

russmini 03-05-2009 05:42 PM

I'm doing mine in my colours... Blue, Green White, but...

It will be a Scale Design, still not finalised it yet actually... Will have a look tonight again.

telboy 04-05-2009 11:57 AM

So, where are they going to able to be raced on regular occasions?

Neil867 04-05-2009 12:02 PM

There are about 8 of us at Hereford Club who have them.
We run on friday nights. If you want more info give Wezzer a pm:thumbsup:

Put extra spacers internally on rear springs. I think a 3mm should do it. The drive cup (at the wheel) rubs on the wishbone. Or cut away about 2 mm of the wishbone if you want to keep the droop.

Make sure you remove all of the burs right down to the front hubs. Even 1/2mm was rubbing/knocking on the inner spokes.

That's about it I think - can't remember much else, was mesmerised by the size of thing. Every time I moved it, there were tidal surges on the local estuary!
