As mike said, 4wd is usually the more popular class.

Prices are as follows (per class):
U16 member: £3
U16 non-member: £4
Adult member: £4
Adult non-member: £5

That's the prices sorted

but

were's your indoor venue / postcode please?

pit table needed?

doors open & close at?

1st heat on the line at?

12v battery or 240v available for all?

Reason for all the questions is I would like to play 2wd if I can.

Don't want to TQ 4wd and spoil the championship doing only 1 round :woot::D

cheers

I think thats very sporting of you Glenn

There is 240v but there is only 1 socket in the hall if i remember correctly and everyone just lnks on to eachother.

It is huntington school huntington (north) not far from york city centre

Bring your own tables and chairs.

i'm sure the other chaps can fill you in on start times

I won't be supply the entire hall :woot:

I would bring a table & chair :D

Mike Hudson 08-10-2008 08:58 AM

doors open at 5:45,

as lee said bring your own table/chair

and there is always someone you can attatch your fourway socket or whatever to as we all link up to each other round the hall,

first heat starts at around 7.00 if we get enough people help set the track up

racing finishes around 10-10:30
Huntington School
Huntington Road
Huntington
York YO32 9WT.

It would be best if you could bring your own 12v battery in a leak proof container.

bretts 08-10-2008 01:38 PM

mines coming out of an astra!!!

Richard Lowe 08-10-2008 01:43 PM

I can bring a couple of 12v's if anyone needs one in case we run out of mains sockets :)

Richard Lowe 08-10-2008 02:39 PM

Stop tryng so hard Daz, your posts are moronic

mattym0310 08-10-2008 06:07 PM

agreed, your taking it a tad too far tbh Daz.

Anyway.. back to york :) Who's going?? I won't be there.. yet again :(

Bradders 08-10-2008 06:42 PM

I'll be there.... it's been too long

RichieLong 08-10-2008 08:56 PM

I will be there racing form the first time with my D4 hope i can manage to go in a stright line. I think it may be a bit quick for me will have to go round the track on half throttle. My son will probably beat me with his Sand Viper! Look forward to racing. Rich.

Col 08-10-2008 10:38 PM

I'm there and probably running race control again.
Booking in opens around 6ish and closes as soon as possible.
I aim to get as much racing in as possible, so as mentioned earlier - track building help is appreciated.

Track unbuilding is equally as important! (I have ways of not letting anyone leave until it's done!) hint hint - gate and padlock...

If numbers are large we'll probably be running 3 rounds and single leg finals.

Mike Hudson 08-10-2008 10:42 PM

hope we can make some BIG-AIR jumps as its 4wd champs night, havn't seen much flying lately :woot:

bretts 09-10-2008 07:24 AM

the lazer is getting it's first outing in nearly a year.

I've even bought some new tyres!!!!! but nothing else is new, my transmitter/receiver celebrates it's 20th birthday this year.:)

Happy Birthday Futaba 2LGX:thumbsup:
