I think I know what it's about, decide what you would like and come see me at York :)

I dont remeber it been miles away but i recon a brisk walk there 4 - 5 mins, pissed zig zag back 45 - 50 mins :)

rcracer 10-06-2008 07:48 PM

Is that the one just down the road? Painted white on the outside?
We ate there last year was nice, but I'm thinking of trying the one a little further down (on the corner) mainly as it serves real ale (and home cooked food) ;)

g the one on the left is the black horse and the one futher down on the right is the cottage,it does good beer and good food:thumbsup:

Yea in that stretch of raod there is the closest one with the white on the outside which looks ace, just near the old folks place (which we worked on for a few months).

further down on the corner is abit of a walk but it looks ace, realy nice with big trees round it.

then the furtherst one away is the cheapest we got a pint in there for £1.40 ish which was nice !

Darryl, is the cottage the best food?

Garry, would that be called the Tiger Inn or something?

Garry Driffill 10-06-2008 08:06 PM

CraigM2610 10-06-2008 08:12 PM

If you carry on past the pubs for another 10ish minutes walk, there's a quite few shops and food places eg. co-op, Thomas the Baker. Also a Fish and Chips and takeaway pizza place. Take your pic

Garry Driffill 10-06-2008 08:14 PM

the chippy isnt bad actually

CraigM2610 10-06-2008 08:16 PM

Not bad is it  the pizzas are very nice aswell.

Northy 10-06-2008 08:16 PM
