Cheers guys, looking forward to getting it on the track.

That looks real nice!

Thought I would make a rear weight instead of buying one coz I've got some brass kicking about the shed. It's 26 grams.

Nice to see others making own parts, we need more of it :) But how can it be only 26g? It looks quite thick. I have made the same weights for me and some friends, and it weights 58g.

Different grades of brass no doubt.

dex210... what did i do that gave this car better handling, steering, & traction.

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y59...r/IMG_0674.jpg

i left Team AE. gave everything away except my 1/8 Buggy, electric & nitro. Driving Durango DEX210. Looking for 75%. Need 4wd buggy, new 2wd racing truck & 2wd Short Course, and of course 4wd SC. I have been racing 2wd Modified Buggy and winning a majority of the club races i go too. Still running for ORION & JCONEPTS. They make the best tires hands down. Have no intentions of leaving.

i took the rear bracket that braces shock tower to top batter chassie.
Lunsford hooked up the quick tune shock mounts & a couple sets of the wheel screws. and an extra set for the wing mounts when i get the 4wd buggy.
JCONCEPTS sent me this body when they first got it done, and hands down this thing is the best thing ever! It makes every other body look pathetic. I don't know how to explain it. when people see this dex210 driving @ the track wiping around rocking wheels in mid air. everyone wants to try it, then they buy one. It looks so badass! Ill get some video from WEST COAST RC this weekend.

I kept the battery leads longer than I really needed so I can also try nimh cells in the car.

How do u get the white background on pics like this anyone?

eyeayen 02-05-2012 11:08 PM

Get a large piece of thick white paper or card, bend it up so it creates a curve at the furthest point, place car down, set camera on tripod so you can focus on car, adjust curve of paper so only paper is in view finder, you should eliminate any background then.

Look it up on google or photography forums.
