Did you make it Mr Martin ? :D

Lee 17-04-2008 12:26 PM

When i spoke to Lee i think he said he was 4th reserve, so i would say he is in now

Tyres!!!!

If anyone is in need of tyres for the weekend 'The Raceplace' will have a pretty large amount in stock tomorrow...

Will be there around 4.30...
If like last year they go pretty quick at the first National.

David Church 17-04-2008 01:23 PM

I have now finished work, yeah:thumbsup: will start to prepare for the trip up tomorrow, here is my predictions for the Kiddy National!!!

297 beers will be drunk.
12 gallons of vodka
7 pints of whiskey
and
9 bottles of wine

This is just for me and I am sure I won't be the only one drinking:thumbsup:

Lee 17-04-2008 01:28 PM

And they say the brits are bad for binge drinking

Garry Driffill 17-04-2008 01:33 PM

This will be the first national ive been too, i can see it being a rather sleepless weekend LOL .

What am i letting myself in for here

Bloomfield - Novarrossi GP instead

Barton doing 1/8th
Tricky away on stag do
Lee martin - well not sure what has come to rest there
Mcgee not going

so there are 6 A main drivers not going

I would say Neil for 2wd and Ellis for 4wd

Hope the weather is ok for you guys as i will be downing a few beers in Barcelona.....my season starts at Oswestry

Damn that's a shame - i'm sure the racing will still be close but there are some names missing that you'd probably put money on making the A!

Hope this isn't the start of things to come, just as 1/10th seemed to be on the up?

Sounds like you'll be having fun anyway Si!

Danny what's your excuse??

Anyone know if theres any rule against using illegal cells for practice at nationals? I assume I can use whatever I want, even lipo? or is that not the case? I only have 2 packs of 'legal' cells so don't want to over use them.

DaveG28 18-04-2008 12:47 AM

This won't really help Jimmy but I'm sure sopmeone told me practice is open rules wise, just not sure if thet actually knew!!

I used LIPO in practice at the indoor finals though, and I think they're mean;t to be as strict? Plus I'm using illegals in practice Sunday, so you won;t be alone in missing practice if they're not allowed!

jimmy 18-04-2008 12:56 AM

haha, good to hear I won't be alone when I'm marched off the track!

losixxx 18-04-2008 06:41 AM

no lipo's at kiddy!

http://www.oople.com/forums/showthre...?t=8571&page=2

but you can use old cells for practise
