Simon, use your extra long towel so i can squeeze in beside you;):D

xx4-nutter 14-12-2007 09:00 PM

what sorta state is the track in ?

is it still the same as last year, is there more carpet ? is there less carpet ? what sort of features will be placed in the track like the banked corner and such, or we looking at a slippy polish track with little bits of carpet ?

any help on this would be ace.

cheers

tc2k 14-12-2007 09:13 PM

Judging by the track for the last couple of months. Less carpet, no banked corner.

ben 14-12-2007 11:30 PM

thats wot i thought when i was reading it lol

gazbaz2 14-12-2007 11:35 PM

it might be a code for mi6

emzy 15-12-2007 02:29 AM

Oh come ON... Ben especially, don't you do "web speak"?!

As much as I do find it horrific to soil the English language like that...

Try reading Spanish web speak (standard Spanish is hard enough!) when "te quiero mucho" becomes "t kero muxo" which then becomes "tkm"... ?!!

Sign of the times...!

Back to Teesside - wish I could come =( If my Dad makes an appearance, tell him his daughter says hi!

ben 15-12-2007 10:17 AM

I suppose it was late when i read it and my eyes were just about to shut lol

Mmm, its about 32C here... just about to go out Christmas shopping in the sun! The faces people pull when you tell them its 1 or 2 degrees in England is COMICAL.

Last year I got there around 8, the suggested time and everyone was there, mustve been one of the last and still got a table easily, everyone else using their owns, hopefully will be the same tommorow

xx4-nutter 15-12-2007 09:10 PM

we got there at 7:30 last year, was the first time at the indoor teeside club and we was amazed at how racer freindly it was !

brilliant organisers, well run and fantastic cafe !

its a real shame this place is soon coming to a hault :(.

but on a plus cannot wait to race there tomorrow ! could be our last time for us lads down in hull !

josh_smaxx 16-12-2007 06:20 PM

So? I was still happy :D great fun aswell the final, best racing i have ever had in a long time.

LEGEND 16-12-2007 06:23 PM

tc2k 16-12-2007 07:24 PM

Aye, did bluddy well there makin the B.
Bluddy crap batteries, ruined 2 runs and no way back, took me till the final before I got some rhythm. Great day anyway

josh_smaxx 16-12-2007 07:26 PM

And i did it all on one set of tires :D shame about that Josh, better luck at York if your going :)

chris68nufc 16-12-2007 07:29 PM

Gutted that i didnt make it today. The wife had a 12 hour shift to do and i was the babysitter. What were the final standings in both classes? Hope everybody had a good day!

Lee 16-12-2007 07:53 PM

Tom Cockerill won 4wd, i know vermin, jim dixon, mark redmond, ishy, and myself made the A, but i think the rest were locals.

Stu Wood won 2 wd, from rich lowe and i think greg was 3rd, well done greg!!

Lil ben made the 2wd A also, but i think his sister sets up that car, so its bound to be hot!!:D:cool:

ben 16-12-2007 07:54 PM

errr "2wd was

stuart wood
richard lowe
richard isherwood
ME
greg williams
and dont have a clue after that

And 4wd all i know is tom cockerill won it and pete watt was second. The 4wd final was really good to watch. Very close racing.

lil ben

ben 16-12-2007 07:55 PM
