DARRAN'S HI TECH WEATHER UPDATE
 

Showers coming through between 12 to 3pm clearing from 3pm onwards not to heavy should be dry for the start, winds southerly 12 to 14mph tempreature 21/22C 68/70F should be good and its the last round of the Spring Championship.

LEVERTON MEETING
 

Ok lads the next meeting at Leverton is Sunday 19th of July which is a club meeting and presentation of the Spring Championship, everyone is welcome hopefully the weather should be good hope to see you all there.

TRACK CHANGES
 

Ok we have or should i say Ivor has been out changing the offroad track AGAIN, to again take a bit more of the tarmac track out, he has also made it a bit more touring friendly by taking some of the piping away from the track edge. The trophies have been collected for tommorows presentatation we also are giving out medals for those who have not come in the first three but have done most of the series, so we hope the weather holds for the meeting i will put a weather report up tommorow around 10 to be as up to date as possible.

Hi the doors are open at 2.00pm and the racing starts at 3.00 ish finishing aprox 7.00pm

12 pm to 3pm showers coming in they do not look to heavy from 3pm still maybe a few showers but generally clearing, cloudy all day 18/19C,winds westerly 8 to 12 Mph.

Ok it looks better than it did yesterday so here,s the weather according to my hit tech weather radar 3pm cloudy NO RAIN southerly winds 14 to 17mph 19C /70F should be dry upto 6pm may have rain coming after that.
Right we will get stated by 3pm early if possible so please get booked in early so we can get in as many races as possible before the rain appears.

Well a big thanks for those that turned out even with the dodgy weather predication of the day, we still had 10 buggies and 9 tourers not bad considering the weather and the regional again thanks for the turnout and your loyalty much appreciated.

Do not worry graham you will get your bacon butty, me and Ivor have moved stuff about so now we will be at West Bridgford and Holbeach and as for blyth we were never booked in for that regional because we knew we had a club meeting that day and could not move it.

DATE CHANGE FOR LEVERTON
 

Leverton is on this weekend instead of the 9th of august we have moved from the 9th so we can do the west bridgford regional.
SO AGAIN LEVERTON IS ON THE 2ND OF AUGUST AND NOT THE 9TH
WHICH WILL BE ROUND 2 OF THE SUMMER CHAMPIONSHIP

The weather for today looks good NO RAIN :woot: for a change ok mainly cloudy 18/20o wind westerly 7 to 9 mph but looks dry all day.
Please note there is no racing on the 9th we have changed dates around so we can go to West Bridgford so the next meeting after today will be the 23rd August Rnd 3 Summer Championship.

any more news on a winter series darren ,, also whens your next meetings buddy ,,still have nt been down and raced yet

Not yet mate we have to have some ideas on who might be interested and we need the dates for worksop to possibly miss them if possible, but we already have to miss out days for holbeach so we are already limited.
Also the few i have spoken to do not seem to want to run outdoors off road in the winter why i don,t know just to even try, i know clubs that run all through he winter doing touring cars it would be great to have a go but old habits die hard. As for the next meeting we are on sunday i know you are racing at Kiddermister the next date is the 13th September

Well done on the track to all the guys at Leverton. Went for the first time in a long time and really enjoyed it, the new (to me, anyway) twisty bit in the middle before the table top is excellent. I'l be there again this sunday, hoping to find a quick way over that bump onto the straight. :D

Ok the wether looks ok mainly you may get the odd break in the cloud but this maybe unlikely, but it will stay dry the temprature 15c 70f wind speed round 13-15mph.

I can tell you he has been out a while and he is not far of the pace in fact in some of the races he's on the pace, and thats racing against Paul Fox, Fabian Knight, Mark Hulme, Ashely Caunt, there are not many slow one's there and he is up there with them on what i consider quite a technical track, great to see the comeback i will collect the tenner next time we are on Nick:woot:.
