Erm, if it's too expensive shouldn't people just not enter then? Rather than enter and not pay...

why are you registered in that case? All is wrote on the website.... And when you are gentleman, the minimum is to reply to the email...;) Some of drivers did it and thank them...

discostu 06-12-2008 10:35 PM

to be fair i registerd before i looked at the cost my fault i know but your web site does say if we havent recived payment within 7 days your registration will be removed so acording to your site and registration rules there is nobody on this list that you have produced un less they registered within the last seven days.

Lets not start a stupid debate.... this thread is for people who are going or looking to go.

Rules

Well I see in the rules its states No motor limit - (bonded / sintered brushless motors and delta sintered winds are permitted).

Does this mean my Mamba max 5700 brushless motor will be legit as well as my Corally brushless?

Chequered Flag Racing 30-12-2008 06:32 PM

Is the event running bbkRC with wireless output for bbkRC NetScreen?

If yes which version of NetScreen do we need to run?

super__dan 05-01-2009 11:57 AM

Actually can we have an idea of surface, grip levels etc to know what setup to put on before we arrive? Also how big will the track be?

Robfo 05-01-2009 12:19 PM

http://www.carpetwars.com/ There's pics of the tc track on there, the offroad track will be on the area of the tc track and a little to the right as you stand on the rostrum.

From what i'm told it will be multi surface but mostly on carpet.

andy reeves 05-01-2009 01:31 PM

What time do the doors open? I have looked through this thread and the rules but can't find it anywhere.

rob8246 06-01-2009 09:59 PM

Will there be a timetable published soon??

?

It was said before it's defo NOT the usual carpet, something bought for the event?

Benh 06-01-2009 10:05 PM

The surface at Paris was good ol' racing carpet. Can't remember the name, but it was very grippy. All the jumps were covered too.

Doors opened in Paris at 7.30am. It will be a bright and early start that's for sure.

Robfo 07-01-2009 12:55 PM

Dan, i was under the imprrssion it will be the carpet from the 2 day special event at the Black Lion, does it really matter what carpet its on though?

no! I bought with Maritime raceway club a new carpet, espacially for the race.
