I am being conservative at the moment, Tekin RS Pro and Redline 10.5 set to run in sensored, so performs close to a 7.5 but without the grunt.
|
What setup are you running.
|
front.
Long liknk, 1.5mm under inner ball stud, kit shock location 30wt, 6hole 55, kit spring, no diaphragm. Rear Kit suspension blocks, kit hub (3mm), short inner. Inner on wishbone 35wt, 6 hole 54's, pink springs |
i used 6 hole 55 pistons in the front today with 30w oil and was far to underdamped
|
Are you running the 20 deg wedge under the front
And the 3 deg caster block. We only run the 4 hole pistons 32.5 in the front 25 in the back using the same size piston holes as you. We also use the Lrs with 1 deg antisqwat because the chassis is flat at the rear you don't need the big wedges. If your going to the Oople I'll be there.Come and have a chat. |
Yes, changed to the wedged front block, 5' caster blocks to.
I don't like the feel of the 4 hole, makes the car feel dead, and does it work with the rear that soft? LRC, yeap, 1' shim (I think) 60g lead under battery. Chassis needs to be flat to get the cells rotated and lower, may lost the motor guard and make a brace up to move weight further back. |
why run the rear end so soft 6hole pistons and 25 oil i ran the same pistons and 30w oil and that was soft.

Just got mine, will be interesting. Is it possible that you can make one with the holes for rearmotor as well? I really, really want one for dirt racing, but I'm in lack of four holes or so. Could of course drill them myself, but it would be very nice to have one professionally done:)

Had an email from ross mods about a newer chassis return mine for a newer one thought i had a v2 or is this a v3
Thanks |
