You cant really comment on the PS3 as you don't have one! I have both xbox and ps3 and the ps3 is a better system, nuff said.

i have played both as my brother has one, and i think it lacks little kool things like the xboxs dashboard and general accessibility an layout. yes xbox is £40 a year, but it is worth it. the ps3 is too powerful for nowaday games, that is why they are poor for ps3. but soon it will take over, maybe next year. also its full of japanese crappy manga games int it? devil may cry, etc. all poo dubbed games.

I agree with the dashboard, it is crap on the ps3 but whenever i buy games i always find myself buying ps3 ones, xbox ones dont look as good imo

My housemate has both the 360 and PS3 (and the Wii, but that's gay). Hands down, the PS3 wipes the floor with the 360. The graphics in particular have so much more definition on the PS3. The best way for me to compare the consoles was to play the same game on both (in this instance, COD4). PS3's version better. PS - i don't have a console of my own, so my opinion is pretty unbiased

...however, i strangely prefer the Xbox controllers, seem a little less complicated? That though, is really down to opinion.

ps3s online play is good coz its free, i reckon cod4 on both consoles looks the same. although i dont think the ps3s shading and gradients etc are as good. example, two smae images ps3 top xbox is attached. take into account the flags at the rear.

Only got Grid and GT5p still. just ordered motorstorm for a laugh as it was cheap. Not a big fan of FPS's but think I may have to invest in COD4.

i only have grid, bought it saturday, im a champion after 65 races too :) won about a third of all races done, im proud of that!!!

I've had my 360 since launch(well,now on 3rd machine), and I love it. Only a casual gamer as we have a 2yr old daughter who is much more ineresting than any of my games. Just today had a PS3 bought for me. Its ben updating and loading games onto the hard drive all night so far, not had chance to play owt yet! The controller feels a bit light? Anyhoo my i.d on both systems is sime46. Only got MGS4 and GT5 on ps3 so far. Got loads of games on 360. Game on! If this post seems long winded, its cos I'm home alone with a case of stella for company, hoped to be tryin Gt5 by now but its on its 2nd update and install blah blah. Go Lewis!!!:woot:
