I cant make any promises that we will have a Kyosh champion next year but i can say that we are trying to get back into this market that we have missed for many years.

It might be wrong, but it would be more fun :p
Would an anagram of his name be something like ...... Stellis Afford :woot:

They're certainly the best cars, in each class! Get the right thumbs behind the sticks and there'll be dominance!

Dave,
Sorry to hear you are not happy with parts supply.
I wish i could say that there are plenty of shops where you can go and buy parts for any of the 1/8th cars. but the fact is there are no shops doing this job fully anymore.
Its not just Kyosho its all brands.
Its very sad but look around all the race shops and many good model shops are closing. we discovered that most of the drivers that race at national level are getting direct from the suppliers. so what is the incentitive for a shop to stock such products?.
This expalins a lot why you dont see as many Kyosho cars at nationals as we would like due to us being a traditional supplier to the shops.
We are working on this especially at EP level where we not only great cars but at a good price compared to the market average.
There is some good news that a few shops are stocking well Lazer and Ultima Kits and Parts like PBM JE Spares and DMS. we are trying very hard to expand that.
I wish you good luck with Mugen its a good car but im not sure the parts supply would be different than any other manufacture out there in this class.
Just bear in mind we have the parts that we can send to any shop in 2 days.

Yep I agree it's very hard for shops to afford to stock the parts and kits drivers desire.
I think there is a stronger stock of mugen parts on the shelf in the uk with stuart and models in motion:D

BUT I must mention Tomy chung,he and his shop are ace:thumbsup:, top bloke.

MK Racing

Firstly, thanks to everyone for the welcome notes, texts, PMs and emails....

Also just to let you all know, Marc at MK Racing will also be holding all the popular Kyosho spares and kits. As a MK Racing driver I will be able to help with set ups etc as well as continue with my usual updates through my blog on the new MK Racing site...

I am looking forward to it all and as usual I have to say to Alec, get yours ordered me old fruit, 'cos it's going to happen! :)

So the K cars are the latest must have!? Last winter Durango, this summer Tamiya, now Kyosho, well 4wd at least! (not talking what's best or what wins, just what's in fashion!!).

Are Caster going to run anyone?? Whether it's any good or not, the pro version of the SK10 looks ace!!

Now he's approaching the veteren class he's obviously very forgetful .......... i'm putting in a proposal at the AGM that the age of the veteren's class changes from 40 to 45 just to keep him out of spoiling my thunder :p
Can't get anyone to second it though as they are all either in homes or drunk all the time (Vodka DC) :woot:

Bring back the Tanaplan Grand Prix .......... on the Toddington grass. Where have all those proper tracks gone? :(

jiffy 22-09-2010 09:33 PM

Yo Alex, the Toddington track was the nuts mate, apart from Ben Sturnham won most of the time, if he wasnt chucking his tranny at his dad off the rostrum.

The Schumacher challenge in Northampton :)

Lets not the best of all, The Chiltern Challange ;)
