Hi Guys

Just want to say thank you to everyone for coming to oz this year. The weather was wonderful and things seem to go reasonably smoothly.

Also big thanks as usual to Charlie, Stuart, John for timekeeping, reffin etc and ofcourse to Paul Worlsey for doing some work behind the scenes to make sure all the equipment was delivered and everyone knew what they where doing.

Before anyone says it im sure we will put some entertainment on next year.

Also could Ashton Armstrong Please drop me a PM if he is on oOple or someone that knows him if not.

Also while tidying up there was a box found with some wheels and tyres and some other quipment in. Ive got a good idea who's it is but if anyone has lost it please drop me a PM and we can arrange to get it back to you.

Hope Everyone got home safe.

Also Rich Lowe totally mortified for you mate. I had great pleasure smashing the remains of that gazebo up this afternoon. Hope you get it sorted.

Ash

Track was a bit pants today as it was pretty ruined after 2WD, didnt really enjoy todays racing. (other results from other sports didnt help this feeling)

Back in work safe and sound after the week-end.

Thanks to everyone who made it happen. First time at Oz and it was a good experience.

We had to leave early on Sunday for the ferry home, so didn't get to see the third leg of the A, can anyone let me know what happened.

Luck was with us for the ferry, we thought the ferry left at 9.30, with check-in from 8.30. So we rocked up about 7.45, got our ticket. Told then it was a 8.30 sailing, so straight into the que to go on to the boat. 5 mins later the gates would have been closed and we would have had to wait for the next sailing at 2.30 am!!

MiCk B. :-)

What happened?

Top 3 in 4WD?

Jonesy 28-06-2010 10:26 AM

Not really much to report from my front at the weekend except a thanks to all those who helped me on Saturday morning. I don't name you all here but I will say thank you at you all at Southport.

Apologies to anyone in Heat 11 on Saturday that I put off during practise with my moaning double vision is quite disorientating at times!

Hope you all at a good time at Oz this year

Top Ten in 4wd i think was

Pidge
Ellis
Bradders
Tommy C
Danny
Moss
Col May
Nathan Waters
Kev Lee
Phil Sleigh

2wd not sure :

Tommy C
Moss
Pidge
Grant
Ellis
Yardy
Nathan Waters
Phil Sleigh
Danny
I cant remember the last person - sorry!

Great track at Os, in my opinion the best one yet. Only issue really was when the track was brushed just before the first leg of the A in 2wd, grip was virtually zero!

Glad you guys decided to leave the track alone and not change it for 4wd. Nothing worse than running part of the track on new grass and others on worn.

Good skills to all at Oswestry, and glad the Man Mountain that is Jones is on the mend!

Hope Jonesy is on the mend- miss the banter!

Anyone shed any light on what went wrong on bradders car - when he had it in the bag on leg 2 ?
