Jimmy, it will take a little bit of time to get the hang of the camera and what it can do, be even better when you are outdoors. Btw what iso were you using 800 / 1600 ?

jimmy 30-01-2006 03:26 PM

1600, I think it was definately acceptable, I probably could have got away with 800 early on.

jimmy 30-01-2006 06:37 PM

Just uploading the photos now, http://www.oople.com/rc/photos/supercup2006
might take a while as im downloading a few things..
some decent ones, wish i'd got more of the other type of photos, peoples cars and the like but hey..

OldTimer 30-01-2006 07:03 PM

Photos look spot on to me, i like the one of the x10 were the tyre is being forced off the rim. I do like the pit shot's sometimes see some interesting stuff. And the spy shots are class :)

And the noise in the photos is fine, i find when you print stuff its less noticeable, than on a screen.

jimmy 30-01-2006 07:09 PM

I do have some more "pit photos" to put up, but they were exciting enough to warrent their own gallery rather than get bunged in with the rest.. just photos of ellis staffords development 2wd and his xx4 (which ill stick in the review)

I sort of got dragged into that one, was concentrating on passing those two and just followed them when they crashed :(

jimmy 30-01-2006 11:35 PM

I know !!! It was ace, i watched you one, two, three... not looking where you were actually going but following the leader as it were.. hehe..

niggs98 31-01-2006 10:43 AM

jimmy 31-01-2006 11:02 AM

He was running an ex.cragg B4, still with neils paint on. Looked to get faster and faster during the day as he got used to the car.
aparently a lad asked him if he'd done electric before... lol :p
