The Schumacher web site say's "Shorty with Optional Parts) " do you need the bits or are they included?

Schumacher have confirmed by email that all parts required for low grip and a shortie are in included in the kit.

The one question I have as I can't work it out from the pics is...

Putting shorties in and out means either dremeling the side rail or undoing it every time you change the cells between races. Has Schumacher addressed this? I.e. made a side rail that will allow shorties to be moved in and out without taking the car to bits or mod'ing it?

It's addressed in the low grip kit instructions, remove the side guard. Though I dremeled mine.

Mark, do you have KF2 already? I notice from the pictures so far released they've missed this area of the offside side pod. I hope you don't have to Dremel or remove the whole side pod just to change cells.

The exploded diagram shows it all intact, so it need doing. It also looks to come with SV2 rear arms in the kit:thumbsup:

Few hours into the build and I have to take my hat off to the Schumacher guys, build is going very well and I'm very impressed with the amount of upgrades/new parts.

Finished, excellent build. Had a few option parts that I bought for the KF but never fitted so they've been included in the build.
