Places to stay for round 7 Sutherland
 

Hi peeps just a quick note I am posting up some places to stay for the last round, but I also need some help aswell. After speaking to a few racers at the Falkirk round I got the impression some of you are travllng up on the Friday, and most on the Saturday before. I am thinking of organising a racers party for the Saturday night :thumbsup:. Food, drinks, music, and slot car racing . If family's are coming up aswell I can arrange for some activities to. This is just a thought at the mo untill I know numbers. This is where you guys come in can anyone who is thinking of travelling before Sunday please post on here so I can work out if its an option or not. Please let other people know who don't use oople to get the word out. Then I can work out if it's a go. If not we can still get the use of the function room at the local hotel for a few drinks the night before.

Hi Paul, i'll be travelling up before the sunday. Don't know if it'd be the Friday or Saturday but i'll be up before the Sunday. I'll be bringing Jamie and possibly my 3yr old daughter too.

Myself and my Dad will be up on the Saturday.

Not really thought about accommodation... was wondering if a collective was camping (tent) by the track, if that's feasible? Otherwise, campsite or B&B I guess. Far too soon for me to be that organised! :lol:

Camping next to track would be fine but I don't think you would sleep due to the trains asking you up . Camping is available 300 yards up the road :)

Final round racers party
 

Ok confirmed we will be putting on a racers party on Saturday 24th at 7 pm. It will be bring your own bottle, cold snacks and food laid on, dj, and slot car racing. The venue is in bonar bridge hall. See you all there. Party will be open to all .
