They are very well crafted. I have a hard time telling if ones is a repro if I don't have an original side by side. The repros just have a slight different color tone. Other than that; awesome!

Yes, it seems that he sells them on Ebay.

Over priced, if he sold them for £8 each he would sell more, and make more money. For the price of two of his bumpers you could buy a carbon fibre version instead which is much nicer
