You should give it a try! Haven't run the shocks in the rear as yet andmiss any rear end grip so far. :)
Running yellow minipins/cut staggers LP with yellow and black Yatabe springs, 550/400 shock oil. Will try the gull wing front end set-up as soon as I get it, have heard nothing but good things from people running at my home track.

I tried the rear shocks in the forward position for the first time on dry med-grip astro last week and found it more positive to drive vs having the shocks in the rear position. Certainly not harder to drive; I preferred them in the forward position. Just try it and see how it works for you.

The Team Azarashi body "Fascia" is now available. Looks great for the YZ2.. Checked out one, quality is top notch, as usual from Team Azarashi. Feeling of the lexan is between a lightweight and 'normal' Yokomo body.

Its sleek, reminds me of a TRF201X at the front, still prefer the kit shell, wonder if Proline will ever create a cab forward Phantom for it? That may look bonkers!

Thoughts guys! Smooth high grip carpet, 4 to 5 jumps that are all smooth and manageable, anyone think dropping the anti squat is worth a dabble?
Was thinking it may gain a good bit of rear traction, something i lack a little of on our control tyres, would just be a case of flipping the front block upside down, opinions?

Bests.....lee

That shell's not for me.

Give it a go, should give some more side bit too.

Why do you need to flip the hangar? Or do you mean the arrows in the hangar? It's not as simple as just changing one side, refer to the manual so you know what configuration to have the inserts.

Allan, my bad, yes i mean the inserts at the front block, want to keep the same rear toe so im guessing turning the front inserts would just negate the kit anti squat, hope thats the case or my theory is all off haha, but yes, chasing more side bite indeed buddy!

I'd go to 0 degrees and try that. It takes the bite out of the steering.

While I can't see TLR they look like them as I use them for my bmax 4

mes 11-08-2015 06:14 PM

My first thoughts were Pro-Line, but I can't say for sure if their logo is on those wheels.

The front inserts change the roll centre to high or low. If you want to keep the car the with the same toe, but different anti squat then you will need to change the rear inserts.

I'll finally be able to run my YZ-2 with a properly painted body tomorrow. Feel free to check out the transgoogled version of my review on petitrc or the German original on rc-news.de :)
