I do like your shells Thomas, very interesting window on the S2. It's interesting to see what people do with the windows before I get the lines drawn into the mould

Ash. I think Craig is referring to me about MM's S2 shell.
Craig. Don't worry if the shell is not finished. Can you bring the S4 shell that you have done for me.

ashleyb4 18-04-2008 06:49 PM

o mark morris

SHY 06-05-2008 10:13 AM

Picked up my S2 today!

To be honest I have wondered if Thomas P was a religious fanatic :D ...

But now I understand what it's all about!

-That carbon tub is the best looking RC part I have ever seen! This is F1! :wub
-Everything is meticilously packed and marked
-Very cool & distinct bodyshell

And I know it all works! In God and Elvo we trust! :D

Jonathan, I take my hat off and take a deep bow! Talk about taking pride in your work!

elvo 06-05-2008 11:58 AM

Thx dude.

So... you dislike the S4 shell, but you like the S2 shell?

SHY 06-05-2008 12:02 PM

Yes, those front air intakes are simply way too large and "bulky" for my taste. I'm so sorry! :( Looks like two giant nostrils on a dragon :D

The atomized B44 shell is better, it's not so pronounced on that one.

But again, don't worry about me. If you like it that's great!

mattym0310 06-05-2008 01:08 PM

I think i prefer the atomized b44 one as it sits lower than the s4 one, which I think is a bit tall, but still looks ace.

Thomas P 07-05-2008 05:42 PM

If you ask me, the S4 is one of the best looking bodys ever...first, i realy hated it...but now, just luuuv it..the atomized B44 body aint half as good looking as the S4 :D

Body Paint 07-05-2008 06:26 PM

Next you need to comliment the S2 shell Thomas :D.

Glad you like it Shy:)

And Elvo: why are you so surprised Shy likes the S2 shell? You and me are going to have a falling out boyo:lol:

Thomas P 07-05-2008 06:31 PM

Northy 20-05-2008 08:38 PM

Race update - SÖderhamn Mayrace

Track condition - Lose, dusty, rough, slippery and sometimes good grip..

The track is one of my favorite tracks, real Dirt!..one day event, 2wd and 4wd..i took the S2 with me for a test, had no plans to do "well", this was the first test on dirt with my car...my maine class is 4wd with the S4..

Practice was good, the track is slippery, the car felt little...i lost traction on power out of corners, but many other had this problem to, what other said it looks like the car handled good, and i think so to..there was NO time for big setup change.. and it was app 31 starting in the 2wd class.. Daniel Aka Bbq took TQ, and the Win...i manage to take 2nd qualification to A-Final before a bunch of real good drivers https://download.storegate.se/b2O7Ot...t_Majracet.pdf

to bad, it was stress, less rutine from my side...i finished 7th and i am happy, the car works real good, but i think i will only drive one car at the time...

Last in the racereport (in Swe sorry) i have attached a Setup sheet..

Hi Thomas,
i'm now to plan to buy the BJ4WE conversion kit, i have a question is about the rear arm, in BJ4WE, the shock is fix at the front of it, but when i look some pics from this forum, all of them change the shock to the back of rear arm, is it i need to make a hole at the back? or this is the new rear arm include in the conversion kit? many thanks!

delanobe 16-06-2008 11:23 AM

You should have posted your 2 S2's.

Thomas P 19-06-2008 06:49 AM

Hi Derek, as i said in my PM, ya will recive on pair fresh rear arms in this kit, later ya have to buy and drillém for ya self :)

Thomas P 07-07-2008 08:51 PM

My car is sold to a frined in my club..he is real glad for this, and i am to for him. Better to let someone that like 2wd run the car...

one thing..the car weights 1459 with out a body!!! around weight limit with the body :D..sick

Foppa 07-07-2008 09:06 PM

The body puts on some weight 1459g with no body no transponder 1520g with body and transponder

I will take good care of this car Thomas dont worry. Its fantastic!!!

Thomas P 24-03-2009 05:17 AM
