there is much more 2 cum regardin track changes, roger, stu, n myself hav lots of ideas and sketches on paper... so watch this space!

it will b a case of 1 feature at a time as its only myself n stu doin the work at the moment, any offers of help wud b appreciated...

Please don't change it too much, it's not really broken at the moment so don't fix it too much!

true , a few changes would be good though , im sure they wont change it if it doesn't need 2 be :)

I wouldnt go too far with the changes either, the last thing we want is an obstacle course:thumbsup:

it wont become an obsticle course lee, deffo not..... i remember bury club 20 yrs ago wen it had 60+ drivers at a club meet n thats wot we want bac!

dan we wont go mad but just gonna tweak it here n there 4 now, n get rid of a few imperfections m8 that alot of people winge about!

anyway roger wont let us go 2 mad.... i wanted 2 get a digger in n start again with sumthin proper interestin but the race controller said 'no' n we had 2 bow down lol...

Bri, it just needs rolling flat and features made equal accross the width, then pressure washer'd to get the moss off. The track is otherwise great.

The only part I can criticize is the new double / \ , it can be a mare to get over in one with 2wd.

Has the big double on the left of the track been re-profiled, it seemed flatter on the second bit, i may be wrong though:)

Yes Lee, It was made into more of table top rather than a double and the up ramp was reshaped more square.

Is there still the usual option on to the straight round the banking? That is/was (!) one of my favourite parts of the track :)

I wouldn't mind a banked corner on that near left corner - that's so hard to see and judge properly from the stand.

jimmy you arent far off what stu and myself wanted to do, initail plan was a full banked bend from end of straight to where the cobbled bend finishes.... but roger wouldnt let me have a digger lol :mad:

To be honest all the track changes are minor and are all to make the track raceable. Its going to be ace when we've finished. :thumbsup:

There's always one:lol:. I personally think that a banked corner at the end of the straight-away would be good. Because i cant really see the end of the straight very well because of the conrete track marker just before the corner. :(

The end of the straight is perfect, requires a skill to do it. The sloped apex is great too, means the car is flipped rather than broken on a solid object. Id just roll the approach to it so its all smooth and hey-presto... perfection.

Hey guys - glad to see things are looking up.
Any chance of some leaflets to hand out in the shop - its mad that you are the closest club yet we have no info in store, posters, leaflet etc.

We have info for the local smelly clubs NNRC and PRCC both of which are very un local compared to you guys.
