is anyone having any success with the riot sheild?

Yeah me and friends made a huge turtle thing with shields, sort of 300 style. We basically walked dead slow at the enemies they couldn't do anything, two people at the front, someone in the middle and a few covering the sides and rear. Then bashed them to death with the shields it was quite funny....

I think I might have a play with the riot shield tonight, even if its just to confuse and baffle the enemy! :woot:

The Automatic shotgun goes through the shield easy enough :thumbsup:.

Best way to kill someone with a shield is to sidestep around him and stab him. Even if he removes his shield he will still be open to a stab so you win really unless he can bash you with it twice and humiliate you completely.

Failing that something heavy like a nade launcher at the feet or side of them usually works. Remember if someone comes at you with a shield and they are stood up, blast their feet it'll get em quite quickly.

just lob a stun granade :thumbsup:then shoot in the head:woot:

Try to stay low with a Riot Shield so they can't shoot your feet;)

Riot shield with throwing knife was a hilarious last night.

if they are shooting a gun, keep the shield up
if they are switching to a grenande or something else, chuck a knife at their head :thumbsup:

I gave up trying to avenge my death when you were hiding in that house - after you had kiled me 9 or so times in a row. 'I'll get him back in a minute'......nope!! :lol:

well it was good that you kicked bobs ass last night:thumbsup:......i started playing TDM but iv only found one game were everyone playes as a team,and there seems like to many people trying to get the highest kill score,surly its the winning team that counts,one team should hold up some where and the other team takes them down then the other team tries to take the high ground...........

I swear, I'm getting worse though. Played in a team deathmatch game earlier, and only got 4 kills. it was awful. Was getting fed up with some guy using the riot shield though. :thumbdown:

However, yesterday, in 1 match, I had 10 kills, and 10 deaths! which is awesome for me. My K/D is usually about 0.3 or something!

why is it when someone is winning they say nothing,but when you start beating they call you a camper :woot:....(you know who you are:p)............when i resporned at the back of a map with some one else,i killed them and then duck down to re load i got called a camper :thumbsup:................there was someone hiding in the roof along a beam........thats what i would call a camper:bored:
