Mum just spoke to the garage and the volvo wont be repaired for the weekend and i idont htink i can fit my racing gear in an astra coupe and it defenly wont pull the caravan. So the insurance company are trying to get us a car that will pull the caravan or if we can have the volvo back before hand.

Hitching a lift to Coventry!!

Ola people,

Is there anyone going to Cov this Friday from the York area that has room for a little 'un (namely moi) in their car/van? All i'll have is a sleeping bag and a backpack, so won't take up much room.

I wanna go, but ain't got a car right now and getting a train all the way there is way too expensive. You gotta love public transport!!

Beers and a pit bitch for the weekend could be part of the deal....

Mi Julie 09-09-2008 04:20 PM

G isn't going to Coventry this weekend now. Ian Joyce was only going to be able to race on the Sunday and wanted to travel down on Sunday morning to race for the day. He didn't realise how early he was going to have to set off so neither of them are going now. Me and Mia get to spend a whole weekend with G, i don't believe it, could this really be happening?????

G did joke about maybe going track building on Sunday but i think he should stay at home with us for a change :):)

Julie

Lee 09-09-2008 04:22 PM

this could be the begining of the end :o

jimmy 09-09-2008 04:24 PM

I need a pitbitch bradders! I'm not sure you'd fit in the polo tho - barely fit all the gear in there as it is :(:thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown:

I'll leave vicky at home!

Spencer Mulcahy 09-09-2008 08:13 PM

B&H Racing 11-09-2008 08:30 AM

Ive been told Coventry grass track has not got the triples anymore is this correct ?

_sleigh_ 11-09-2008 08:41 AM

Still there as far as I'm aware.

Think they've also had astro added in the run-up and landing areas

alrg500 11-09-2008 08:45 AM

Triples are still there (or were yesterday). I was passing so had a look, the grass track had no puddles and was dryish, the Astro a few, the dirt track had major puddles and the main camping area was fairly soggy.

Grass track is still being used from what I was told yesterday.

telboy 11-09-2008 03:49 PM

Is there a full list anywhere of who's going?

Northy 11-09-2008 06:09 PM

Is little Ben's girlfriend going to be there this weekend?

G

Southwell 11-09-2008 06:12 PM
