Quote from Jimmy's report:
'There seems to be a stange culture of 'ladies' standing in the middle of nowhere dressed in their thongs only in Italy - I can't quite understand it but after 2 days in Italy we'd seed around 4-5 women in different obscure locations far from civilisation with their arses out! awesome.'

Blimey - wish I'd gone now...

Although I think you mean 'seen' instead of 'seed' ;-)

James 07-07-2008 11:55 AM

Lee can get himself a new avatar........

Sorry guys, internet is flakey and slow - I'm uploading todays junk including 100 photo gallery  not sure when it'll get up there tho :(

Sadly they didn't time the practice at all (or at least, not publicly.) so there's no real idea of who's going quick. Of course the usual suspects are looking fast, Neil, Lee and Ellis. Tomorrow morning we'll see for sure though.

It was a good but tough day today!!! Rained in the middle and the track became very slippy, then most of us spent all afternoon trying to figure it out.

Jimmy your doing a great job!!!!!!!

DaveG28 07-07-2008 09:41 PM

Damn, got my hopes up when I saw Tam shocks on that 2wd!

Wonder when the new Yok shaft drive will be available? Presumably it's a race spec version of their new Bmag!!

Keep up the good work Jimmy!

Thanks DC - it's hardcore is this race reporting lark but I'm happy to do it for the kidz!
The Craggs don't know much about the new car, they wanted a new BX to race here but the Yokomo guys decided it was the time to bring out the new car and see what Neil could do with it. We'll see on Wednesday what the new car is about :)

twisty 08-07-2008 01:19 AM

Neils car looks a bit retro, hard to tell from the pictures exactly, but is he using his worlds winning body?

all the cars look so much better running those tires!

millzy 08-07-2008 11:00 AM

Yeah it looks it, he has the Dub-C 46 stickers on the window

James 08-07-2008 11:15 AM

I thought that, just tried to find a comparable photo from 2005 worlds... if its the one that won there should go fairly well :)

ben 08-07-2008 12:09 PM

Didnt he use the same shell at the 06 euros?

http://www.oople.com/rc/photos/euros...trophys04.html

millzy 08-07-2008 12:35 PM

no there is a red sticker on the shell he has on this year where as that one has a yokomo sticker under the reedy one and the name stickers are diffrent

woOdy 08-07-2008 02:40 PM
