Haven't been for a while but have to say I forgot how good Caldicot can be on a Friday. Thanks to dad for getting my car built, I'd not have made it otherwise - too lazy.

Track excellent, good standard of driving.

Amazing too to find out that Phil is also into the oldskool (and not the RC type)!

Ben should have some photos of all classes to post soon - looked very good on his camera - he also filmed a few mins too.

Was good to see you out Martin hopefully you'll make the next round!
Cheers for the slipper as well, will sort it out when i'm down next.

I'm just glad it's best round counts as otherwise i'd be last not third from last as my driving when steadily down hill all night!

Martyn Spooner 05-11-2011 07:14 PM

No worries on the slipper - if dad ends up running my other XX and you run yours we can just share the spares. Hopefully between us we should be able to last a few rounds etc.

Not sure what the rules are on rounds and classes but I hope to run at a few more...

Caine 05-11-2011 08:39 PM

Good Good!

I've got a load of spares as well so we should have plenty to keep us going for a while!

peetbee 05-11-2011 09:01 PM

Its more fun doing cheap/budget vintage like me jay as it tastes sweeter when you beat all the expensive new/old vintage builds ;)

I was actually 3rd on friday behind paul knight not last, as for some reason th ept wasnt being picked up :(

peetbee 06-11-2011 11:05 PM

:p
My RC10 wasn't expensive, just needs a shell, wheels n tyres and it'll be up and running
