Thanks for clearing it up :) I read the post as a theory of the weight...

BTW, do trishbit has a weight thats located behind the rear axle? Where can I find it? Partno T0010 is the only one I can find and seems to be fitted between the battery and motor.

I have heard of a Trishbits 4deg brass rear block but never seen one. It would be good if someone could clarify if they exist.

Sure that Trishbits do a rear plate to replace rear bumper too!

£60 is very cheap for what the part is. I own & run CNC machining centers, and you wouldn't get one made from me for less than £400. However, whether £60 is too much to spend on your 'toy car' hobby is a different question altogether.

Ordered mine from RCLazy yesterday, so looking forward to getting it at some point. Will be changing the bearings at that area too for the Gearbox pack from MK.

I wonder if there will be a new kit next year with the alloy g/box included

mikeyscott 21-01-2011 01:06 PM

Got mine fitted and ran it for the first time at PetitRC. Very nice, yes it's expensive. I like it and it also gives another benefit (well for me). Draws motor heat away from the motor.
