This looks quality. I will call down for a look at this on sunday.
Be really good if you manage to sort plenty of practice days out.
How would it work - would it be pay as you go or could you pay for the year?

Practice Nights

Hi all,

Just wondering if the track is open for practice tonight?

The track looks great, think you guys have done an excellent job.

Cheers

Sean

dave g 22-07-2010 10:17 AM

i believe so.

just had some heavy showers here but stopped now,i only live about 2 miles from the track so handy for weather reports :)

i might try and get down tonight..depends how much stuff i can lug on the bus lol.

Sean L 22-07-2010 10:26 AM

Cheers dave,

best get batteries on charge.

what tyres were people running?

chalky 22-07-2010 12:17 PM

anything like crimefighter or bow tie

we used j concept subcultures at the weekend and they worked well

the thing is ive done about 100 laps on the twin roller, so the surface is about as well packed down as you could get, so you only have to drive the track and negotiate its features. its not like the surface of mars(the planet) where you may find a new rock at every turn.

at the moment with the rain and the fact we water the track if its thirsty tyre wear seams minimal

tonight 5 till 8

If and when you need some advertising banners or any form of advertising/direction signs. i rent a unit to a graphics company and will be able to get them done either for free or very very cheap. I also have the use of a twin roller and 1 ton mini digger among other things. I did provide bally with some astroturf for his short lived track but he didn't seem to want any one involved in his little scheme. I will be more than happy to help with the upkeep of this track. If you need anything i will probably be able to help you out.

johnboy 22-07-2010 02:16 PM

Sean get yourself down the track is ace
