No, we are 97th day since order, did not receive anything yet.
Nothing have been proposed except... wait more.

Imagine they ask, prior to send a new parcel, to wait for an hypothetic response of Royal Mail concerning an internationnal unregistered parcel... Do Royal mail accept claim on unregistered parcel ?

Sorry, but i can not beleive any more.

You sent parcel using unregistered mail in order to do not pay a 5£ extra... You decide to take the chance as few percentage of parcels are lost... As it is your decission, it is not to your customers to endure for this.

Who here think i should re-order the same parts and pay the entire bill (70£) for a lost parcel ?

But we are not only talking about a lost parcels, We are talking about the fact you absolutely are not able to respond to your customers expactations.
You have over the worwilde forums 100's of unsatisfacted customers, including the administrator of a predator dedicated forum. Untill when will you keep your eyes closed ? You have to increase your customer satisfaction rate... It si not possible to continue this way.

My case is symptomatic, as you answer rarely to mails, as you do not take your reponsabilities about postage, as you never send me the postal references even if requested many times.. I really wonder what and who i can beleive. Can you understand that ?

@ paranic : sorry for your friend, but please keep the dialog serene.

@ Bagman : Yes, go for a Pred, it is really a wonderfull machine i would like to see more. Just keep in mind i never applied for being a team driver.. I just want to be able to order some parts. I actually do have only 1 wheel set, i do not have any spares if a brake happend and i built my XRS without the necessaries upgrades i ordered.

I still want to race the Pred, but i want a minimum of teamXtrem implication in order to meet customers needs.

Still sorry for this. Feel sorry by the situation.

I rekon you have had delivery of your parcel and are trying to blag a freebee:mad: After all, if there was no signiture required you can't prove you have had it or not. Lets see how you like having accusations thrown at you eh.

Bagman 30-03-2010 03:38 AM

For us outsiders, this isn't provable either way (though if you really HAD to know you could find out if he'd been racing his Pred at his local club, wherever that is, during his 97 days and counting). It's a situation that other companies avoid however by just sending stuff international signed for. Then it's provable and is one of the cheapest ways of confirming delivery. When it's not it's just someone's word and the company opens itself up for system abuse. Some companies would just bite the bullet whether they believed the customer or not and resend the delivery and some bite another bullet (a lot of bullets here, I'm aware of that) and are prepared to lose a customer that is either a victim of the not 100% postal service or an opportunist con man out to get free stuff.

I have also bitten my own bullet and am posting calmer stuff:blush:

Give him a break, english isn't his 1st language.

To a certain extent it doesn't matter what language your adress is written in it should still get there. As long as the country is understandable it should make it out of england and into the right country.

Kifogrande 30-03-2010 12:46 PM

Doesnt really matter if he can write when its his friend who ordered the car!:eh?:

Chris Griffiths 30-03-2010 01:06 PM

Bagman 30-03-2010 01:15 PM

ramdrive 30-03-2010 02:40 PM

A friend of mine is having problems with them also.

Does anybody know if Team Extreme is a limited company?

All I can find is XTREME RADIO CONTROLLED LIMITED.

Smartalec 30-03-2010 02:42 PM

I'm sure a postman will confirm (there must be one on here) that if a parcel is sent non-registered/recorded then you cannot claim against the post office, it is down to the SENDER to replace the goods, it's not up to the purchaser to chase his items. That is why it's more expensive to send out the parcel recorded/tracked.
If the company has been stupid enough to send out an expensive item/items without proof of postage then that is their problem and they should either return the money to the purchaser or replace the goods, sending them out RECORDED next time

DCM 30-03-2010 02:50 PM

Special Delivery is insured to £500 I think
Recorded is £32 I think, but you can extend that at cost
1st class is not insured

Lee 30-03-2010 03:50 PM

I am not blowing smoke up Darren's arse here but this is one thing that DMS are so good at, the post in my experience is always recorded, personally i would prefer to pay a couple of quid and have some sort of insurance, it is also a safeguard for the business etc due to the fact that nobody can try it on by saying they never got the item when they have. I don't know why Xtreme has not gone and used recorded delivery (especially internationally), it doesn't cost them anything extra as it is passed onto the client anyway.

Hopefully they will in future and learn from this, otherwise they could end up in a bad way :(

Bungleaio 30-03-2010 03:54 PM

To be fair to xtreme all my deliverys were sent 1st class recorded. I didn't have any problems with the postage. Getting xtreme to actually post things however was a whole different story.

Rebelrc 30-03-2010 04:33 PM

whats limited company got to do with it?

CODMAN 30-03-2010 04:51 PM

Man, this thread is getting juicier than an episode of coronation street!:lol:

Sorry... Off topic... Please resume bickering...

You have the option to insure 1st class if you want, but you need to ask. I did today. Without was £5 something, £8.03 insured to £100.
