+1 on MK Racing being top notch.

I've never had problems and the stuffs always been next day even with the post. It really is luck of the draw though using the post in general. I own an internet business and i never use Royal Mail. All our stuff goes out via UPS as they are spot on. Our customers don't mind paying the £9.95 either as its guaranteed.

Bottom line: You get what you pay for. Put it down to experience and order using a carrier next time.

As I am a postman, asking for stuff to get to you on saturday at this time of the year is calling it close. And the strike hasn't helped with the amount of post in the offices across the country. And going on here to slag a person off with out talking to him is sad and F**ked up, and even Mark shouldn't have to defend him self on here! I have used him for the last year and half and had no problems, and even got stuff the day before a race.

I think Tiny Tom has a valid point about the postal service getting busy this time of year. Certainly, with Christmas on the horizon, it’s something for all of us customers to consider in future when timing an order I feel.

+1 for great customer service.

Had a slight problem with an order placed a week or so ago, dealt with in a very professional matter and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Surely if you need a part for Sunday racing, say what you need and where you are racing and someone may be able to help you out, we all want to see racers racing -

royal mail - don't get me started, lets have a change of direction on this one

+1 for the great service from M-K racing.

B4Pete: If you don't want the public to comment on your rants, then don't post them on a public forum! Are you and Stampy related?

damo666 14-11-2009 06:21 PM

If Marc posted it the same day and you didnt pay for special delivery YOU wrecked your own weekend.
At least you can have a nice Sunday dinner

Marc's a great guy, he went out of his way to order in some tyres from CML for me at short notice, and they turned up next day, no issues or hassles at all.

I'd not hesitate to reccomend guys and girls to shop there, but it looks like he's already got a massive customerbase (ooo-err....).

My thoughts

B4 is right - if you ring n ask for next day delivery then a shop has an obligation to offer postage that facilitates this-or cleary state the postage on offer is not guaranteed next day.

B4 is wrong - if I want to ensure something happens then I do not trust anyone else - I make sure I know - hence when ordering I already know royal mail recorded does not mean next day - that's special delivery.

Been there myself

The great thing about Marc is that he never comes on here and tells everybody how good his shop/business is. Ive used Marc for lots of stuff and he has never let me down.
He seems like a great guy to me (ive never met him) and all i can say is good things. Respect

what a Jonah http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...ach/tosser.gif

Marcs service has always been spot on for me as it appears to have been for everyone else!

everyone else who orders leaving enough time for delivery anyway http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...ach/tosser.gif
its not like the disruption to the postal service has been kept secret is it??
