should'nt it be the other way round see as though bury have had there dates posted for quite some time

the batley sports hall was only available for the dates they've said from what i've heard so they can't change dates, correct me if wrong

March 1st is a club meet and I understand the hall is only available to 3pm.

Im booking in for this, both classes.. :thumbsup:

Because we will be changing the date for the March Bury meet to 8th March .. because we are good like that..

I hope its appreciated that we will change, plus Bury members WILL be supporting your meet.

As has been said before.. clubs should talk to each other.

I appreciate you only had certain dates to choose at your venue. This is why we published our dates when we did to avoid dates clashing and also why we have published the 2009/2010 dates now so hopefully other clubs will notice this. I have to say Bury is getting quite a following.. another Worksop in the making!

Thinking ahead, and not that its much to do me anyway, how about Bury / Batley liaise before setting their summer dates so us racers can then support both clubs with hopefully larger regular meetings?

No we didn talk to Batley about 2009/2010 dates, but im sure they can be fine tuned.. (this is why they have been announced so early so hopefully other clubs can work with us :D ) ive already been in touch with Muzzy so i know the dates we have published DONT clash with Worksop..

With regards to a summer series... that sounds like a plan! I would drop Roger (theracecontroller) a pm/email..

If you remember mate you were supposed to get back to our club with some info re: regionals, dates and if we could join and hold one.. and guess what you didnt!?

The 2009/10 dates are provisional dates for the indoor series... as i said can be fine tuned..

Batley as a club have done no meets over this winter up until now, so didnt realise i had to ask your permission?

Hi all, just need a bit of information.. im doing the race tomorrow. and travelling far to get there. What time should i be there for? and does anyone have an address for the supercup venue? thanks ;)

Theres a club meet on tomorrow. It is indoors and you just turn up on the day

oh ok.. what time does everyone normally get there for? when does racing start/finish? and is there a need to bring tables/chairs..?

As far as I know, we have to be out of the hall by 3pm

Best to bring your own table and chair ;)
