I got one too! you do sometimes see problems with big email provides especially yahoo and Microsoft, they like to filter email that looks the same and call it spam!

Is there not a way to get around this other than changing email address ?

Is there an email address I can add to my adress book to show it as not being spam ?

Always worked when I first signed up just the last 2 years or more it hasnt

Cheers

There are a few things I can do, as it s a new server I have requested that the server name which is oople.rapidweb.biz has a the main IP address directly associated with it. Currently the server has a neutral email reputation which is a good start :) https://www.senderbase.org/lookup/?s...e.rapidweb.biz

Hi,
Microsoft are literally throwing Ooples emails away.
I have had a fair amount of experience with Office 365 and there are a couple of bits that help.

The first is to use this form to get MS to accept the IP and hopefully decrease the SCL.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...37655404916638

The second is to ensure the account that is sending the emails is authenticated and not just relayed unauthenticated of the mail servers.
They are also starting to use DKIM a lot more too alongside the SPF record checks.
