Yes and I prefer it to low grip/high grip set up. Initially found tire wear reduced which was a big plus when needing one set of mini pins a night.

Find it generally easier to drive more consistently. Admittely it is not quite as quick as the low grip set up over a lap but it's how mine is staying set up for club nights

Thanks Sheddy

Started my indoor season today and the first practice on carpet for the season. Started with mid konversion but whit alu chassi. It was good and i agree with you. The car was nice to drive but not fast. Also i preferd low grip setup.

Has anyone tried the mid set up at Maritime? What was it like on the wood sections?

Thanks

Could anyone please get me the locations of the extra holes for the MM chassis?

I'm looking to drill my alloy one. I have the belt and i can fabricate the upper link from front to rear gearbox.

Just wanting to give it a try.

Got it anyway, 21mm longitudinally and the same 17mm apart.

Anyone see the thread on RCTech about weight distribution? Couldn't see any difference between motor fwd and MM...anyone got any comments on that?
