Well done Sammy..... It's a it worrying that one of our members seems to be encouraging them ..even pointing out that the club only race on Sundays.!
1/8 and even worse 1/5 will destroy the place...
Anybody a Modelsport forum member to warn them off..? The club could end up getting blamed for nitro noise..!

From what has been written on the MSUK forum. I don't think they care whether we tell them that they are causing issues with neighbours or the damage to the track.
I am sure they are well aware that there are proper places to drive but why pay and race when they can tear up the track at Spenborough.

All I did was was a google search for " Spenborough nitro"

I really wish shops could do an idiot test on some of the customers who buy RTR nitros.

looks like they want to tear up the football pitch as well.

I put a message on the forum asking them politely to keep off the track...they seem to have responded positively. , ! Maybe a good idea if a local member could call by the track on Saturday just to "observe"....

A lot of people are at the oople race this weekend, myself included, otherwise we'd go down and tell them to clear off. Has anyone told Dianne? I'll have a word with John Price in the morning.

Good point Sammy.......however I don't think that the club can be held responsible for the whole area....
Following Neal's point, perhaps it would be good for Dianne to have a word with Spenborough to point out the Bashers have nothing to do with the club.
Perhaps they should be encouraged to join The Nook Raceway..
