Hi Everyone

Glad you all enjoyed the weekend and thanks to everyone who helped too.
I know with buggies the scrutineering is done before the race but Race Director wanted them done after too, due to an earlier mix up, I guess it all added to the fun though;)

Well done everyone:thumbsup:

A well run meeting for me, well done to everyone involved.

A big thankyou to those who helped me out over the weekend with cars, cells, chargers and tools etc.

I didnt really do the S4 justice yesterday, i only had 1 finished run and a thermalled run to count. Still B2 isn`t too bad overall.

Today was much better the B4 went really well and i just put it on in practice and didnt touch a thing, i just put yellows on for the final, and finished 7th overall, which is actually my best 2wd result of the season, cheers chris

I would like to see the rostrum a few feet further back from the track, this is the only bit if advice i could give though

There's always one who has to put a bad comment.

Lee 10-08-2008 09:03 PM

Ben, Chris didnt mean the track or the meeting, he wasn`t there, he meant he thought the b4 he lent me was crap :)

chris68nufc 10-08-2008 09:03 PM

I meant my B4 that i loaned to Lee:blush:. I should have said that cos it does look like i was complaining about Teeside.I didnt even go!

ben 10-08-2008 09:08 PM

I really enojoyed racing on sunday. The weather was a bit random with sunny weather one minute to a short down pour then back to sunny and then to a slight drizzle. But luckily it didn't affect me that much as it always seemed to be slightly greasy when i raced so i could get a good setup. :) And for the first time racing since the Jarrow 4wd i thought i did fairly well.

G

If you'd like it posted on the web - exactly the same format as on
brca-northeast.org.uk - send me the bbkRC data folder and I'll pop it up on nercr.net with a link here.
ba
