Hi, This is not a suggestion, just an example of how we run at Lawford Buggy Club. This format is for 25 drivers, 5 car heats, with each driver having 6 races and racing every other driver just once.
A similar format could be worked for any number of cars per heat, but with 'bundle starts' it's best not to have too many cars per heat. This makes for cleaner, closer racing.
The yellow squares indicate that a driver has two races on the trot, but if you are running two separate competitions on the same day then this can be avoided by alternating the competition.

It was all about the old Marlboro / Mclaren paint scheme wasn't it Chris ;)
