Just wondering are the classes being run on both days or split in two?.
Do you have a list on entries posted anywhere?.

classes are on single days as stated on the flyer

Single rooms £25 per night
Twin rooms £40 per night

All rooms have bathroom
Bar will be open Friday and Saturday
If enough interest entertainment can be supplied

I am booked in for 4wd drive but planning to get a 2wd for area 51, do i need to pay another £20 or can you make it £15?

hotel only a few quid more but if the dorm rooms are in the same place????
easier to hit the bar and room without driving....

Are they walking distance from the track?

if so how do we book/pay etc....

As above for the prices.

I will take payments for the rooms no problem. I'm sure most of you are aware how busy it gets trying run a meeting let alone a very busy weekly club. So, email me personally to reserve your room and I'll add you to the list. I will then contact you nearing the time to discuss payment method which is best for both of us. Closing date to book a dorm room will be Friday 30/11/12.
