I have got my brother checking with the food man van to come down for a few hours but it's Easter Sunday and all the shops where he would normally pitch are closed due to Sunday trading laws, my assumption it unlikely so can everyone come prepared with food and drink for the day, we have a little chocolate to hand out lol

Freddy is away currently and had a friend covering the pitch, he is not as flexible as freddy usually is tbh, but I'd confirmed for regional

Thanks

mikeyscott 08-04-2012 07:29 PM

Just like to remind everyone that the track is CLOSED next Sunday for regional prep etc.

hazeandfizz 08-04-2012 07:56 PM

Team Torch, thank you for another great days racing. What a great club you run.

Steve thanks for making Rhiannon and Charlie so very happy with their hoard of chocolate!

Good work on moving the jumps, it's now a great flowing part of the track.

So looking forward to your first regional at the end of the month.

James.

Matt Butcher 09-04-2012 10:56 AM

A great day! Plus loving the new jump layout! Alot easier on the marshalls too :)

Collegeboy 09-04-2012 04:10 PM

Great days racing and as last time, excellently organised and brilliant atmosphere. Loving the track and really enjoying my car. The re-modified double was a lot better to judge and take (for everone else bar me ) and it was only in the last leg of the final, that I actually managed to jump and land the table top:). Some serious weight maybe needed at the front end for next time.

Thanks again to all the TORCH team, looking forward to the next meeting. So going to nail the doubles

The car was very good until it broke, one race the centre rear cvd boss and pin fell out(lucky not to catch on the lipo!),then I landed badly on the rear and ripped the rear gear box casing through the holder and the next race the servo saver broke!. Other than that very pleased with the car!!.
Need to get upgraded alloy servo saver, gear box holder and servo horn.
