Few! It scared the sh*t out of us! Not long in bed, just dropped of to sleep, then get woken up by a bang and the whole house shaking BIG TIME!!. Thought the tv was going to fall of it stand it was shaking that much.

When I first heard the bang I thought it wa the daughter coming into our bedroom and falling into the tv unit or sumat.

I thought something had exploded, it was that loud.

Impressive.

Northy 27-02-2008 10:00 AM

How come, when I'm living on a huge fault line in a high risk earth quake zone... ENGLAND gets a bigger earthquake... ITS NOT FAIR. In 6 months I'll only felt 1 tiny tremor, and 1 that shook my bed across the room.... RUBBISH.

Jealous guys.

twisty 29-02-2008 05:14 PM

Honestly,Earthquakes are not that good.
It was like a fairground ride whilst you have a huge hangover and just realising you have lost your wallet.
An experiance worth missing.
Whatever floats yer boat though ;)
Earthquakes get the  from me.

rcracer 29-02-2008 05:17 PM

yeah its not something you want happening again, my mother lives on her own and laid in bed for 2 hrs after it because she was too scared to get out of bed.

The quake woke me, the missus and the neighbours. It was fun.

I know it woke the neighbours because they started banging each other afterwards. :wtf::cry:

That wasn't fun.

It must have been a case of: "Well...we're awake now" <squeek> <squeek> <grunt> <squeek> <grunt> <ahhhhh>.

I hate the fact my house has paper thin walls. They may as well have been in the room! :o
