Yup weather looks like it's improving

Unless I can bring a my sisters house from Ascot to TORCH and paint the whole interior whilst racing then probably not!. I have the weekend clear out the furniture and to decorate the inside before new lodgers move in on Tuesday!.
I might turn up late in the afternoon and check out the new 210's and 410 v3's are going.
Hope you managed to get a bodyshell for your 210 Mikey!.

RobW 27-10-2011 09:15 PM

Burger van will be there:thumbsup:

If finished by 3pm we might just escape it according to this site:

http://www.myweather2.com/City-Town/...ld.aspx?sday=2

This site shows a bit of rain at 8am then again at 10am then nothing till 5pm

http://www.accuweather.com/ukie/fore...ay=3&hbhhour=7

So just have to keep fingers crossed for dry spells.

simoncrabb 28-10-2011 02:01 PM

We Lazy boys *should* be there on Sunday.

We're doing a stock take on Saturday though, so we may not be particularly prepared for anything!

So please, if there's anything you desperately need please get in touch ASAP via http://rcLazy.com/contact and we'll attempt to remember to bring it...

(And, there may be cakes too...)

wylie 28-10-2011 08:41 PM

Sent message on your web site. Can i have a cake please :-)

May (depending upon if UPS decide to deliver today or monday) have some today, if so ill bring them tomorrow...

although looking at the tracking info, i recon they will be on Monday...

I have one set of HEX rear wheels you can have, as i have converted to Pins, as i have loads of 410 wheels already...

Dudders 29-10-2011 10:58 AM

Ok, looks like we've lost a Jnr Jnr Dudders :woot: lol.

What time is track open / booking in / race start?

Can we park track side or gayzeebo's only?

How many rounds / finals?

How late in the day do your Winter Rounds run?

Cheers

DragonRider 29-10-2011 11:23 AM

Any pics of the new track layout and features please.

If you look at the http://www.oople.com/forums/showthread.php?t=80171 it shows some details and earlier in this post it explains stuff. Think people are getting there from 7am. You won't be able to park trackside due to the expected numbers so same as the last summer series round is what was posted. Think it was gonna be 3 rounds and finals.

Just dont park your car near the fence opposite the track where the local horse resides. The horse has an appetite for windscreen wipers as i found out last weekend:o:lol: , my pax side wiper had been ripped off. Perhaps it was the colour of my 106 ( bright green that attracted the horses interest).

TARTMAN 29-10-2011 12:52 PM

Shumy wheels

If anyone needs some cat front and rear wheels, i have a few 2nd hand to sell off.
will bring em along sunday, £2 a pair.
all good/clean.
:woot:

jpmatrix 29-10-2011 01:04 PM

Track conditions

Looking at the weather report looks like there is going to to be light rain/ drizzle overnite and early morning.

New track layout plus damp conditions , this is giong to be interesting:woot:.

To add to above,

Track open from 8.00ish or as soon as Martin says we can use his new track!!

Booking in will close at 9.00 sharp so we can get racing underway as soon as possible.

As above no parking next to track please so we can get everyone in under gazabos as we are hoping for good numbers again.

Number of rounds will depend on driver numbers - I'd really hope to get a minimum of 4 rounds plus a final - we'll let everyone know at drivers briefing - given the clocks go back tonight I think we will want to be finished by 4.00pm.

See you all tomorrow

Rob

I really enjoyed today, really good fun wet racing.

Stunning turn out considering the weather!

Top banana bombing, or whatever the kids say these days.
