They already use these shafts on the sc , I'm surprised the 410v3 doesn't have them seems a good system as you say.

captainlip 21-09-2011 04:19 PM

That's why I posted 'everything on the video comes in the kit'.
Could I be any more clear?

I can't wait to receive mine since you confirmed that everything seen in the video comes in the kit.

THANKS A LOT !! :) :wub

Rebel is correct - the arms do locate in the lowered part of the wishbone already and lower the shocks and CoG. The specific angle of the arms helps protect the droop-platforms from damage since if the arms were straight then these platforms would be very exposed to damage.

will you be doing a nice review of it jimmy?

OneKiwi 22-09-2011 03:52 PM

Man I hope there won't be a shed load of "hop-ups " and "must haves" for this buggy like the 22

Doubt that it will come with tyres.

jimmy 22-09-2011 07:53 PM

You don't get tyres in this kit, no.

I would love to now if the geardiff will be out the same time as the car

Never ran a gear diff before, what's the benefits over the ball diff?

Big G 23-09-2011 07:54 AM

it can't slip or undo itself

TonyM 23-09-2011 08:14 AM

+’s for me Geared vs Balled
1. Provide immediate drive compared to a slight delay with balled diffs.
2. By changing the viscosity of the diff oil they are easier and more consistent to tune for varying conditions and driver style.
3. Cheaper to run - once you get used to building one correctly.

Thanks guys

Addicted2blue 23-09-2011 07:30 PM

As i'm very intrested in this car and this would be my first team durango kit i have a question.
Are there other brand of wheels and other brand of springs that fit the durango DEX210?
Cause i have a cougar sv and a TLR22 and perhaps the wheels or springs would fit this car.

jonathan may 23-09-2011 07:32 PM

rear use 14mm hexs and the front wheels use bearing like the b4 but a diffrent size

jonathan may 23-09-2011 09:56 PM

jsust heard from a youtube video i have just seen that it maybe another 3 week wait for the 210

Aran 23-09-2011 10:05 PM

hmm, think Durango want the 410 hype to settle, then release the 210.

I reckon this week coming up or week after :)

Andrew Twigger 25-09-2011 10:28 AM

It's coming this week I can feel it in me bones!

Source: me bones.

jonathan may 25-09-2011 03:42 PM

i would love to think it is this week but more like mid october i think. hope i am wrong.

Andrew Twigger 25-09-2011 03:51 PM

Do you have a link to this video?

jonathan may 25-09-2011 03:57 PM

there is the link i now it is not confirmed just going by this from rc lazy

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ad6rD...layer_embedded

Andrew Twigger 25-09-2011 04:12 PM

Thanks for the link.

Even if that info is correct, that's going to make it ~5th Oct...? Anyway, my understanding is that the kits are on a shipment now so should be expected imminently. That's what I'm telling myself anyway lol.

Andrew Twigger 26-09-2011 03:30 PM

Just contacted MB Models to authorise them to take payment as soon as they have the kits who said that Durango told them they're a week behind which would correlate with approx 5th October as per RC Lazy above. Apparently spares are a week behind that ~12th October.

Worksop could be exciting with no spares available :eh?:

mikeyscott 26-09-2011 03:43 PM

Mid October for the DEX410 V3 too.
