Just seen the list, 5 in 2wd and 2 in 4wd

wacattack 25-05-2011 07:43 AM

Whats the tyre consensus in the wet, schumacher or ballistic?

Jamie.T 25-05-2011 08:07 AM

Last time i ran in the early morning damp conditions i preferred Schumacher greens, then used ballistic greens before the track dried up and switching to yellows.

Doubt you'll need the ballistic greens tbh as the track dries up very quickly meaning you can go from Schumacher greens straight to yellows for your next run.

peetbee 25-05-2011 12:30 PM

Just got a call from Paul, I'm in for 2wd now. Really looking forward to this weekend.

blue_pinky 25-05-2011 12:36 PM

Its alright for you Andy, you won't have pete for racing company all weekend LOL:)
Bring it on Pete, my 22's tough enough to fend off your Kamakazi B4
I can cope with being Dominated by dave, but there ain't going to be no double ganged this weekend:blush:

peetbee 25-05-2011 01:11 PM

Humph, unlike you I never intend to hit the other cars on the track, my driving isn't good enough to allow me to aim at anyone!

If Pete N get's entry too we could end up with a very familiar Caldicot line up in the final!

blue_pinky 25-05-2011 01:12 PM

No "double ganged"...my little bro is on the reserve list aswell...was 5th when he txt me this morning...if Pete B's now in that make him 4th...so you might have 2 brothers to contend with yet

You want to hope your early entry and a result in the first national pushes you higher up the heat list this weekend :woot:

DCM 25-05-2011 04:18 PM

Going to have more Welsh drivers than a regional!!

peetbee 25-05-2011 04:21 PM

But I'm not Welsh and I don't think Andy is either?!

but I know what you really meant

DCM 25-05-2011 04:40 PM

Your an adopted Welsh (plus you had your shots!!)

evolution 25-05-2011 04:55 PM

You mean there is still hope then????:)

It could be worse DCM might have an entry:cry:

sorry steve-me bad, lol:lol:

JACKOR33 25-05-2011 05:04 PM

I hope that your usual driving courtesy will not be in practice if I'm in your heat paul!!:woot:
:p:p

Shaun 'TheSheep' Atkinson 25-05-2011 06:32 PM

Sorry if I have missed it anywhere else, but too Pi***d off to check back through the thread lol

Does anybody have Paul's email address?

I won't be able to attend the Talywain National this weekend :cry::cry::cry:
(Number 1 on the reserve list for 2 and 4WD, YOUR IN!)

My Inconsiderate girlfriend has decided this is the week she is going to start with the signs of going into Labour! She shouldn't be due for another 2 weeks, But no ... Just because it's a race weekend she's going to start with the signs early!

Anyway, hope you all have a good weekend racing....B******s! LMAO!! :woot:

LOL, you didn't notice that Steve DOES have entry for 4wd then Paul!

Shaun, unlucky timing - you have a pm with Paul's email

But I think that means that another welshy gets entry - Hello Mr Farley!
Also means Darren gets to run his 22 in his first national of the year

DCM 25-05-2011 07:01 PM

Paul, just for that, I shall crash right infront of you and make it look like you hit me.... PENALTY!! lol

Only if he doesnt get stuck in any "Ash Cloud" nonsense on his way back from the Worlds Warm Up in Finland, he's still there to the best of my knowledge after a few extra days practise after the event

evolution 25-05-2011 07:20 PM

Awh! c'mon steve, you did that last time and i got a penalty for taking all four of you out one after the other for various dirty deeds on me. Apparently if you take them out individually it doesn't get noticed:blush: so behave:)
Jackor 33, is that you dave/mark lol! your worse than me:lol:
If Spencers racing too the whole heat will be black listed except ME! cos i do drive nicely at National level HONEST!!
Even in the lower levels these boys are quick, so put on a good show lads and keep it clean. Rubbin is racing when its an SC10 or a club day. I'm sure we can all behave like gentlemen if we try REAL HARD:confused:

nuclear-rc 25-05-2011 07:27 PM

Is there a TV in the cafe? If so, would it be possible to watch the Champions League final on saturday night?

(Sorry if this was covered previously)

Track looks good, see you there.

Tom
