pay pal gift is wrong theres no come backs same with bank transfer.no matter what an element of trust is involved and with nothing legaly binding i cant see what can be done. you cant even make a small claim in a civil court if you dont know who it is or have a name and address:(

Like already stated, for sale forum is built on trust and since I've been on here this is the first incident i've heard of to be far. Don't think anything needs to put in place personally and I think Dan would be honest and say ok you expect this to happen but if he had done a quick look at this C**KS profile then he wouldn't have sent the £££.
