Just remember the rule book states the lap should be at least 130m long. I think Oz's was only about 20m longer than that, so not too big IMHO. ;)

14.6 At Sanctioned events, other than Nationals, tracks must be a minimum of 2.4 metres wide.
14.7 The straight for starting finals, will be a minimum of 20 metres long, with no obstructions, including any form of jump, sudden rise or fall.

:lol: It was just when someone refered to the Oz track being too long at ~150m, Tom Cockerill said the rule had changed to 130m, Mike Riley swore it was 100m, my book was in my bag - not as sad as it first sounded. I didn't know the rule number or anything like some do..... :woot:

Lee 13-05-2008 01:24 PM

The Oz track didnt seem that long to be honest, i felt it was about right.

What was the outcome of the question about how many BRCA sections there were? was it 12 or 13?

Southwell 13-05-2008 01:26 PM

I am now racing 2WD :)

Chrislong 23-05-2008 09:23 PM

Do we have any pictures of the field we're racing on? Any clues to what to expect? is there a bar?

DCM 23-05-2008 09:42 PM

http://picasaweb.google.co.uk/nitrot...truxR2Talywain

they will be using better jumps and the banking on the right side of the field, food will be available all day, not to sure on the bar though.

Chris, PM me if you got any front Losi 4wd wheels please.

Chrislong 23-05-2008 09:50 PM

Bloody english weather!

I've just finished stripping the X-6 after a wet 'half' day of racing.:(

Why don't we just race indoors all year round.?:(

Really fed up with the weather lately when its race days.

ben 26-05-2008 07:44 PM

I think my S4 has been rebuilt 4 or 5 times this year so far due to the wet meetings :(
I have to admit though it is quite fun doing the actual racing in the mud on tractor tyres at regionals lol.

Lee 27-05-2008 10:28 AM

I cant find my passport :o

We never get English weather here in Wales, Welsh rain always seems much wetter than English rain:lol:
