Been searching for the G Speed shell on the net but no luck!:(

Anybody know where this can be bought?

Robbiejuk 30-03-2012 11:37 AM

G Speed are a small company at the moment (very small infact). Hopefully they will do a run of the bodyshells if there is enough demand for them.

Shell will be run at the Broxtowe Model Car Club meeting this weekend for final testing. Production not finalized at present, will let you all know.

G-Speed shell tested by Mr Jaques today at the Mid East Meeting. First shells should be ready for the end of the week. Unfortunatley no window masks available and no molded cut line. Anyone interested please send PM.

Cheers
Jono

Yeah the g speed shell was great today. Made my car feel loads more stable but not lacking in steering. So good I brought one for myself

Isn't this in the wrong brand section? :p

You were flying with yours Rob, (again!) shame on the 13 lapper

G Speed Ansmann/Team C shells look really nice, doesn't fit a 22 hybrid unfortunately but the 3 other G Speed shells i bought yesterday do and look great, more of a marmite thing with the more contemporary designs of mine though.

G Speed bodyshells should be readily available soon, get in touch with Jono (Richardj) to place orders

G Speed shells now with window masks. Price £10 +p&p.

Don't know much about the Monkey car, sorry. May be Robbiejuk can let me know if the shells will fit or need any modding.

That doesn't look to bad actually

The G speed body wouldn't fit the Mad monkey as the chassis is too wide. X2c only at the moment.

jasonrcb 30-04-2012 08:00 AM

Not bad looking i have to say.

All being well i will have my version 1 x2c shell ready this week,so will post pics up when its finished,a far more aggressive looking shell compared to the kit version

RoyalCBR 30-04-2012 09:05 AM

I am currently spraying mine up for racing next weekend - once done I will get some pics up

lordnikon 05-05-2012 03:31 PM

I received mine today, offerd up, cut and painted fine. Just went to take the overspray film off it and there isn't any film on the shell ......

Is this normal for these shells or do i have a dud

RoyalCBR 15-05-2012 06:05 PM

I have just had the same problem. Shell all sprayed just trimming out and no overspray film on the outer - I am not a happy bunny :mad::mad:
