As a Yank that follows the BRCA as much as possible I have to give the 2WD title to Lee Martin this year. At the J-Concepts Clash he was smooooooth, o and that little thing called the A-main at the worlds. LOL

A side note. Im very interested in the BRCA series/tracks and love to read as much as possible (thanks to JIMMY). I was wondering who I would talk to about trying to run in one of the national series races. Travis amez ran one a couple of years ago. Is there anyone I can talk to about flying over to run? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Lee 14-03-2008 12:01 AM

To be honest butters you wouldnt get into any national round:( it is oversubscribed nowadays and a lot of the uk drivers cant get in.
Im sure you would be more than welcome to enter a regional and im pretty sure lee martin will be running a big event during the summer.

If you need any info just pm me and ill do what i can:thumbsup:

Paul Sinlear was in the UK last year and came to one of the Nationals on the reserve list and didn't get in, but, as Lee said Pidge is trying to get an international meet at CML Raceway in 08. Should be a good crack.

Wraggy 14-03-2008 08:11 AM

Nick Goodall 14-03-2008 08:49 AM

I think it'll be a fight between Lee, Craggy, Bloomfield, Ellis & Yardy in both classes but hard to pick a winner.....

I have to say that Lee is flying with 2wd these days, even more so then last year with the Aero so it'll be interesting to see! The fact that he's been in the states for the best part of a month spending time with RyanM and the others will only be helping him learn too (just a shame we don't have ANY dirt tracks any more)

It's certainly going to be close and i reckon there could be a few surprise results in 4wd especially this year!

No, I've done that whilst I was at Uni. Horrible nasty ginger thing, itchy as hell.

Although I am growing my hair...

Chris Doughty had a beard a couple of years ago.

I was definately the fastest hobo that year!

2008

2WD
Cragg, Pidge, Yard(if he stays with the B4 :woot: )

4WD
Pidge, Bradders, Yard

I don't think there will be a run-away winner this year. it should go down to the last round in both classes.
