Thanks Craig,

Are you sealing pistons etc? Did I hear there are blank pistons in the kit? What's the best most accurate way of drilling pistons?

Mike,

I have all the sizes of drill pieces you need, always use the a 1mm to set your hole and then use a finger tip drill piece holder to increase the hole to the required size.

Had gurnell pistons delivered this week 1.4 4 hole and 5 hole. Wish I had got a 2nd pair of 1.4 4 hole

I set mine up with 6 x 1.3mm holes and 35weight losi oil all way round and I really like it.

Poulter appears to be using 1.3 x 4 and 1.3 x 5 based on his setup sheets

Ghea - p dub racing are now doing big bore pistons too.

I am using the following shock setup on the 210 and it seems to work well on astro regardless of track conditions. I have also found that it lands very well off jumps and seems to settle quickly

Fronts
Pistons = Gurnell 4 Hole @ 1.3mm Tappered
Oil = TD 550
Springs = Dark Red or Yellow

Rear
Pistons = Gurnell 5 Hole @ 1.3mm Tappered
Oil = TD 500
Springs = Light Red

My full setups can be found on the TD website

David
