I remember the juniors at Leicester (maybe 1994) and it was horrible and muddy, if that was today it would be called off due to Health and Safety but it was amazing fun, think I was C Final in the U13's then

Yes, both correct. Almost every big meeting held at Leicester was in poor weather!

I think that was my first year of not being in the Juniors and I think Doughty's first in the U16. I remember him winning 2wd, can't remember about 4wd.
