if you can, then that would suit a general club racer perfectly. :)

At least all the parts for the gearbox conversion/swap are included from what I know: If they actually include 4 pairs of front uprights/caster blocks, several pairs of front axles (assuming you need 3 and from there you can rotate them 180 degrees for the rest of the setups) and all the additional bits to make up for 7 different camber settings, I'm not sure. Would be nice though if they did

Everything that can be done on the video can be done our of the box.
It was a kit car in the video.

Oh and you can take this as gospel as it doesn't come from the keyboard of the 'lip'.

Including the rear toe-in increments adam ? :)

I really like the hinged front end. It looks so easy to work on. Also, plenty of space for normal length lipo's and electronics - eat your heart out Losi.

Erm yes.
That's why I posted 'everything on the video comes in the kit'.
Could I be any more clear?

think i am going with the geardiff and did i see the rear toe adjustment is done with the hubs and not the arms?

mikeyscott 19-09-2011 07:53 PM

Gear diff for me too.

mark christopher 19-09-2011 08:02 PM

looks to me like durango have cleverly used inserts to allow adjustments rather than new hubs/caster blocks/axles every time

Deano577 19-09-2011 08:17 PM

Good bye b4 and hello dex210 what's the rrp

mattybucks 19-09-2011 08:33 PM

Adam, wasn't a dig. Just thought the toe blocks were solid and you needed to buy different blocks that's all :) Thanks for clarifiying.

to have this level of ajustabilty out fo the box just made this the ultimate 2wd kit.. i would have liked to see a non b4 front end but if it works, it works.

i am curious to know: why the gulf wing front arms if the the mounting positions are not in the lower parts of the arm???

Rebelrc 19-09-2011 09:31 PM

The bend in the wishbone is set by where it clears the ground and not where the shocks mount if that makes sense?
Basically if you put the bend where the shocks need to be for optimum handling the wish bone would strike the ground before the nose
Hope this makes sense:)
I know what you are getting at though.... Lower cg by lowering the shocks and tower. but it is correct on the 210 as it is!

Rebelrc 19-09-2011 09:39 PM

In fact t4rtot by doing what Durango have done here , it looks like they have lowered the cg in this way by about 3/4mm by bending the arms
Cause if you draw a straight line between the hinge pins then mount shocks on this line they would be higher. Hth?
