So, I'm not sure really, is it the second meeting?

That said, I haven't seen Chris Doughty's car with the shell removed in any pics.

Just like to say a big thanks all the RHR crew, Jimmy & the rest of the guys involved in oOple, and also any others involved in making the weekend very enjoyable! Not only made amazing by the fact that i finished 3rd in 2WD, which i am obviously very happy with :p, but generally the weekend on a whole, with the hog roast and the entertainment, it was great fun and i can't wait for next year!
Thanks to everyone for a brilliant weekend! :woot:

Huge thank you to all involved in the planning and running of this amazing meeting! it's the best I've ever been to by far :thumbsup:

Also a very special thanks to the Helliwells for sorting us out a space near the amenities as my wife is not too good on her feet, they helped us out brilliantly and asked every time they walked past if we were ok :thumbsup:

We're sun burnt, knackered and my car broke in every final but still loved it!

Fair play, I'm very happy I wasn't drinking last night, I can't imagine being more shattered than I am now!

Most people know I don't get on with the RHR track what-so-ever but they guys who set up the track and set up this whole weekend need enourmous credit. Jimmy, Vicki, Ralph, Damo, Northy, Muzzy, Coates, John, Vermin, Timmy (I know I'm missing loads so apologise to those I have missed, I'm too tired to care!). Results wise I'm happy with 3rd in the B, I would have taken that at the start so I can't complain!

Watching the Saturday evening antics was amazing, I even took time out to allow Footey to snort Sherbet from my body, good times

Hopefully I gave everyone inspiration to go out and buy a Micro after running it in Round 5 qualifying, I finished on 12 laps and 45th out of 90 in the round, so it wasn't that bad!! In terms of lap times my best with the Micro was 30.01 and with the CAT was 27.88, just over 2 seconds a lap is not that bad and it lasted the whole 6 mins!

Arrived home about 2 hours ago after staying Sunday night too.

Would like to say a HUGE thank you to the oOple crew for all their efforts before, during and after the meeting. Excellent organisation, perfect weather and it was great to meet with a lot of the guys on here.

Thanks again, now bring on next year.

Oscar 01-08-2011 09:08 PM

What a great weekend. Thanks to all you guys for attending, and being pretty well behaved:thumbsup:

So same format for next year? , good racing, followed by a bit of entertainment, and a few sherbets ? (although maybe not literally eh Shane?:p )

telboy 02-08-2011 05:42 PM

Well a great weekends racing. I didn't stay at night for all the shenanegans, but might do next year. ;)

Quite how its possible to top it every year I don't know!:woot:

How about next year, getting a bouncy castle in for the kids and families that attend?

Deffo more beer games need to be thought of as that seem popular!:woot:

But thank for the great relaxed weekend.

So, come on Jimmy get some pics up and finish the report!! :p
