I would also like to know if there is a connection for an optional fan to go on top like the GTB ESC has?

Could I run it with a 14T Reedy motor or is it pushing the ESC to its limits when the limit is 12T?

Could it handle off-road or is designed for on-road?

I have been searching the internet and I have heard that the braking power is not that good, is this true?

What setup options are there? Does it have different maps or adjustable throttle curves? Are all adjustments made using the transmitter, I have a Futaba 3GR-FS 40Mhz?

Thanks
Chris

That applies to only that sentence in my eyes.

I suggest, unless you have a worthy answer that answers any of the points on the first post then you don't reply.

Basically on the last page there has only been two useful posts. Mine and werners.

Ok, i was only making a point.

I looked at that too. :D I guess there is no way round the speedo T or Y setup, but I wanted mainly to know about the other stuff, which isn't in the mannual.

I would also like to know if there is a connection for an optional fan to go on top like the GTB ESC has? you will be able to attach one to the top some how and just hard wire it to the battery terminals, more power and keeps going till you unplug the cells so it cools it after running

Could I run it with a 14T Reedy motor or is it pushing the ESC to its limits when the limit is 12T? that will be fine, novaks tend to be fairly reliable

Could it handle off-road or is designed for on-road? shouldnt make a difference

Thanks
Chris

I hope this helps :eh?:

Cheers Josh, :D

The main issue now is the wiring mechanism. I can't do the Y or T wiring can I due to the BRCA wiring regulations?

Chris Green 22-01-2008 11:11 PM

The difference between a Y, or a T, is not really relevant. both can be used, it depends how neat you want your wiring.

The brca wiring regulation is only to do with hard soldering your power wires directly onto the cells. As far as I know, it just specifies that a battery connector must be used, ie. deans or corrally.
