The longer car is not as nimble in the tight sections however it is so much faster in medium and fast sections it makes up for it and overall faster :thumbsup:

In testing in the US we found that there were track conditions that the longer chassis made the car easier to drive - but not faster.

Meaning the car felt better had a better balance - but on the clock, was not as fast as the standard set up. Now that being said, some will go faster, just because the is a little easier to drive (less mistakes). But our top end team drivers reported no advantage on the clock. So consider it a tuning option, if you need more balance and control. Just wanted to put up my .02

Our youngster Lukas ,he was third overall behind Hupo Honigl last year, tested it at the event, he was slower than with the standard chassis.

We have found that the longer chassis made the car much easier to drive and without a doubt handle the rough tracks better. Indoor or tight tracks we would run the standard chassis. IMO it is a great tuning option! Im now looking into trying the SC chassis on the truck.

Been running the extended chassis now for a couple of weeks; Totally agree - its so much easier to drive - thus I go faster; Probabely a bit slow thru the corners for decent drivers..... but suits me fine.:thumbsup:

In our club there is one guy who has been unbeatable, and there are good drivers in this class. He is running the tc02 (x2pro) with the long chassis, it accelerates through the rough terrain a lot faster then any other car. Its seems well suited for tracks which also run 1/8 scales.
For the truck I wanted to try the sc chassis but it is a lot longer....46mm! I think it would be too extreme of a change.
