i go on it quite a lot, 5:40 ish on the ring for me...without changing any set up things,

I managed a 6:03 round the 'ring in the F1 in arcade mode :p i dont think the 'ring is my strong point :rolleyes:

Correction on my laptimes, just fired the PS2 up again now :)

The ring in simulation mode is 5:00.6 in the Sauber group c car, I've just had a quick bash with the controller in arcade mode, I did 5:28 on the second lap with a few offs :rolleyes:
I think I can get to about 5:15 with the controller, the steering wheel is so much better!

Best I can manage round Chamonix in simulation mode is 2:12.9 in the Escudo :D

I managed a 2.18 round chamonix in the escudo, and 2.20 in the ford rs200 with the hand contorller.

managed 1.14.698 round monaco with the f1 too.

Try it but it would have to go in the 'any car' class, better off using a proper racing car. :)

Any of the LM cars over 4,500,000 credits, and the F1 car.

The R8 is good, also is the pescarolo, best bet is getting an R8, modding it a bit then put it on B spec round the 24hr 'ring to get the F1.

The Toyota Minolta is the fastest ever car round the 'ring, also the special 'black' cars that come up for sale second hand every 700 days are very very quick.

The black cars can only be bought second hand on certain days, they are exactly the same as the normal versions but are painted all black.
